少し調べてみました。
「尊王攘夷」は英語で普通に \"Sonnō jōi\" とよんでいて、説明するときは \"Revere the emperor, expel the barbarians\" として訳しています。
「王」は英語で \"king\" と訳されますけど、ほとんどは \"emperor\" を使っていました。
