引っ込むって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーThe tip of the pen goes back up inside the pen, so I can't write with it.
「ペンの先がペンの中に入ってしまって書けない」
tip of the pen で「ペンの先」
to go back up inside ... を使って「引っ込む」ことを表現できます。

ーThe inside of the pen keeps getting pushed up, so I can't use it.
「ペンの中身が押し上げられてしまい使えない」
to get pushed up を使っても「引っ込む」ことを表現できます。
