慣らすって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のように言うと良いでしょう。

「しばらく乗ってないから、バイクの慣らし運転をする必要がある」
to take my motorcycle out for a spin and warm it up を使って「バイクの慣らし運転をする」ことを言えます。

通常「慣らし運転」は新車に対して使うことが多いので、バイクが新車なら次のような言い方ができます。
ーI'm going to break in my new motorcycle on the highway tomorrow.
「明日、高速で新車のバイクの慣らし運転をする予定です」
to break in my new motorcycle で「新車のバイクを慣らす」
