「散見された」は英語で次のように言えます。 ーto be found ... here and there ですが文中で使う場合は、次のように言うのが自然で良いかと思います。 ーYou see errors like this here and there so we reexamined the settings on the software. 「このようなエラーが散見されるので、ソフトウェアの設定を見直した」 受動の形ではあまり使わず to see ... here and there とした方が自然です。 ご参考まで！
