「遅かれ早かれ」は Sooner or laterです。日本語と同じ表現ですね。
Sooner or later, I'll have to answer the letter.
遅かれ早かれ、手紙の返事を書かなくてはならない。
I'll have to make up my mind sooner or later.
遅かれ早かれ、決めなくてはならない。
make up one's mind 「決心する」
「sooner or later」 の他に、「it was (only) a matter of time」、「it was inevitable」、「eventually」、「ultimately」、「in the end」などがあります。

これが一番適切な英訳です。使い方としては
Sooner or later, he'll have to talk about it. = 遅かれ早かれ彼はそれについて話さなければならなくなるだろう。
It's a matter of time = 時間の問題
It's a matter of time until she realizes she's wrong. = 彼女が間違ってるって気付くのは時間の問題だね。
遅かれ早かれとは少し違いますが、In due timeと言う表現もよく使われます。これは「適切なタイミングで」と言う意味です。
In due time, he will understand. = その内彼も理解するだろう。
