「近寄る」は、get (any) closer が言いやすいと思います。
「扇風機回せば蚊も近寄ってこれないんじゃない？」は、
"If you turn on the electric fan, aren't mosquitos going to get any closer." です。
if you turn on the electric fan もしあなたが扇風機を回せば
aren't mosquitos going to ～ 蚊は～しないんじゃない

「近寄る」や「近づく」の英語はいくつかあります。approach, go close to ~, go near, get close to ~ など。（いずれも人や物に対して）
状況に応じて使い分けますが、この場合だと物理的に「近寄る」のと「邪魔する」ニュアンスのある表現が考えられます。
英訳1：with the fan on で「扇風機を回している状態で」という意味。on は「（電源が）入って」という意味の副詞です。on を忘れずに添えましょう。
英訳2：bother という語には「近寄る」という意味はありませんが、「悩ます」や「困らせる」という意味から「（近寄って）来て困らせる」といった意味合いで使えます。
英訳3：get close to you で「あなたに近寄る」という意味になります。
