端くれって英語でなんて言うの？

「端くれ」という日本語は、「...の１人」（a member of）を日本的に卑下して表したものですね。 そこで、これに humble（proudの反対語）を加えた 　a humble member of ... がこの気持を含んだ表現になります。これを使って As a humble member of educators, I would like to address the development of human resources who can contribute to the society. と言って始めるのが１つです。addressは「問題に取り組む」という意味で使っています。 ただ、特定の団体や集団でないものの一員に memberを使うのがちょっと気持ち悪い感じもしますので、もう１つ、「こんな私ではあるけれど」という意味で言う 　such as I am を使えば、 Such as I am, I would like to address the development of human resources who can contribute to the society, as an educator. ということもできます。
