I had my hair dyed brown. /I had my hair colored brown.
I dyed my hair brown. / I colored my hair brown.
地毛がダークブラウンの髪のことをbrunette(ブルネット)と言います。
Traditionally, in the UK, the three women's hair colours are: Blonde, Red or Brunette. In terms of women, a man may say: 'She's a blonde; she's a brunette, she's a redhead.Men are referred to differently: 'He's fair-haired; he's got brown hair, he's dark-haired. If hair is a rusty/red colour we would say, 'He's got ginger hair.' If any hair colour is obviously dyed, you may say, probably to a third person, 'He has dyed black hair,' for example.

Both of those phrases are useful in this situation.
The second is more specific as it mentions that their hair has been dyed brown, instead of it just being brown naturally
not her natural hair color/not what she was born with
When describing someone who has brown hair, it is acceptable to use the term "brunette." However, if the hair color has been changed or altered you could say, "Suzy had her hair dyed brown." Also, when referring to someone who's had her hair died, you can say, "That is not Suzy's natural hair color. She was born with blond hair, but had it dyed brown recently."
"Suzy had her hair dyed brown."
"That is not Suzy's natural hair color. She was born with blond hair, but had it dyed brown recently."
