枯山水って英語でなんて言うの？

YUKAさん、こんばんは。 一般概念で足りれば、"Traditional Japanse rock garden" 又は　"Zen garden"　を言いますと、海外の人もある程度イメージ出来ると思います。 波紋模様の石・砂などは世界中で随分有名だと思います。 ご参考になれば幸いです。

As they don't have to need to use any water to create the garden you can say ' dry garden'.The image is no water and completely dry.If you want to add some more explanation after that you could just add ' they express landscape just using rock or stone.'
