悪寒って英語でなんて言うの？

悪寒（寒い）は
chill , chilly
です。

上記どちらの表現でもいいと思います。

その「悪寒」が英語で「a chill」か「the chills」と言います。

以下は例文です。
発熱と悪寒がしています　ー　I have a fever and the chills.
悪寒を覚える　ー　To catch a chill
寒気がする　ー　I have the chills
悪寒がしますので、一日中ゴロゴロしました　ー　I had a chill so I spent the day resting at home.
