「季節はずれ」という言い方は out of season になりますが、これが基本的に食べ物に対する表現です。
服の場合は out of style/out of fashion の方がよく言われている事になります。
例文 These shoes are out of fashion at the moment.
「この靴は今季節はずれだ。」
例文 Apples are out of season at the moment.
