「配点」の英語は "allotment of marks" 又は "allocation of marks" になりますが、実際に文章に使う時には動詞の形を生かす方が多いかも知れません(alllot 又は allocate)。allotment とallocation は両方とも名詞です。
例えば〜
"There's a tendency for a lot of marks to be allotted to the English test in entrance exams." =>
「英語(のテスト)は入試において配点が高い傾向があります」
傾向(があります) => (there's a) tendency
高校や大学などかの入試を特定したいなら、文脈で分からない場合には "high school entrance exams" , "university entrance exams" を使って下さい。
上記の二つ目の英語の例文は語順だけが違って、意味は全く同じです。どちらでも使って下さい。
