- "The city has imposed fines for outdoor relief to keep the streets clean."(街は通りをきれいに保つために野外での一時的な解放に罰金を科しています) - "Public urination is prohibited and could result in a fine."(公共の場での小便は禁止されており、罰金の対象になります)

examples " it's illegal to urinate in public". or "i really need to take a pee". or "i had to have a pee outside, the queue for the toilet went on for miles!". Having to pee outside is unavoidable but generally frowned upon.
【例文】 "It's illegal to urinate in public". (公共の場所で排尿することは法律違反です) "I really need to take a pee". (ホントにおしっこしたいです) "I had to have a pee outside, the queue for the toilet went on for miles!".

In English we have many different words to describe the act of going the washroom not in a toilette but outside. If we want to describe going the washroom outdoors we can say: -I need to -I have to The different words we use to describe to go the washroom is : pee, wee, leak, whizz, tinkle , piddle, piss and urinate. There is only one formal way to say going washroom and that is urinate. All the other words are informal. The words piss, leak and whizz are slang expressions so be careful to use them. If a dog has to urinate then we use the word piddle or tinkle , for example " Lucy has to tinkle , you need to let her outside to go to the washroom". If you are in a business meeting or at work and you need to go the washroom then you can say " I need to relieve myself " . If you have to urinate outside then simple state where you have to pee. Such as : "I am going to take a leak over by that big tree" , "I hate peeing in the lake", "I love peeing on the grass in the park" and etc
【例】 -I need to -I have to 用を足しに行くことを言い表す色々な表現は次の通りです。 pee, wee, leak, whizz, tinkle, piddle, piss そしてurinate. 【例】 " Lucy has to tinkle , you need to let her outside to go to the washroom" (ルーシーはおっしこをしなくちゃいけません、外に出して用を足させなきゃ) ビジネス上のミーティングや職場などでは、次のように言うことが出来ます。 【例】 "I am going to take a leak over by that big tree" (あの大きな木に用を足しに行ってきます) "I hate peeing in the lake" (この湖におしっこをするのは好きじゃありません) "I love peeing on the grass in the park" (公園の芝生におしっこするの大好き)

These are terms that are used when a person needs to urinate and are very commonly associated with doing so outside after a night of drinking in the pub/bar. The polite way to say it would be that "I need to urinate" but after a few drinks, this becomes any of the above.

You are being driven home after a night's drinking with your mates: "Please pull over - I need a pee." "Yeh and I need to relieve myself too!" "And I need to take a leak - don't forget me!" "OK guys, hang on! I'll pull over in a moment!"
友達と飲んで、家まで送ってもらっているとき "Please pull over - I need a pee." "Yeh and I need to relieve myself too!" "And I need to take a leak - don't forget me!" "OK guys, hang on! I'll pull over in a moment!"

I peed outside. The boy is peeing outside.
