「黒く塗りつぶす」場合は、他の方も回答してらっしゃるように、black out と言います。
例）
Can you black out his face?
「彼の顔黒く塗りつぶしといてくれる？」
ちなみに、「白く塗りつぶす」ことはwhite outと言い、
white-outは名詞で「修正液」の意味にもなります。
