調べるとArasickという造語が英語でもあるんですね！ファンの間では世界共通語のようですが、知らない人に説明する時はaddict（中毒者、依存者、熱狂的ファン）という言葉が分かりやすいです。
addictは上記の「中毒者、大ファン」という名詞と、「中毒にさせる、（薬物などに）依存させる、夢中にさせる」という他動詞のどちらの意味も持っています。また名詞と動詞で発音とアクセントが異なるので注意です。名詞は/æ'dikt/（アはエの口をして出すア、アクセントもア）、動詞は/ədi'kt/（アはポカンと口を開けたア、アクセントはディ）です。
よって、名詞addictを使うのであれば、
I'm an Arashi addict. （私は嵐の熱狂的ファンです。）
動詞addictを使うのであれば、受動態 be addicted to ＋（人、物）にして
I'm addicted to Arashi. （私は嵐に夢中です）
と表現することができます。
最後に、a huge fan of ＋（人、物）は、シンプルに、「〜の大ファン」という意味です。a big fan, a great fanでも大丈夫ですよ。

Someone who supports a group/band/celbrity is called a 'fan' this is short for 'fanatic' meaning they follow them and cheer them on
if you are addicted (an addict) then you really like something and become devoted in watching and follwowing what they do
Fan is actually the shortened version of the word fanatic. Fanatic is used to describe someone who is single-minded about something, that is they really love something. In this case, the person would be called an Arashi fan or fanatic because they really love the group Arashi.
He/she considers himself/herself somewhat of an aficionado of Arashi.
If I knew any better, I would think that he/she is one of Arashi's biggest supporters.
In order to exaggerate how much the individual follows or appreciates the group, Arashi, the term aficionado may be used. It expresses a high level of enthusiasm regarding the particular group. It can also indicate that the individual has a large knowledge base about the group as well.
The expression, "if I knew any better," brings to light the experience that you have of the individual and his/her interest in the group. To indicate that someone is a big supporter of a group, person or organization expresses that the individual highly values whatever or whomever he/she supports.
その人の嵐好きを強調するなら、"aficionado" が使えます。これは熱狂的なファンであること、そのグループにすごく詳しいことを表します。
