トンネルを通過する表現は英語で 'go through' となります。
あるいは全く同じ意味の 'pass through' も使います。
違いは 'go' が「行く」という意味で、 'pass' が「通過する」という意味ですがどんな場合でも入れ替え可能です。
例文
「大橋で行くと40分だけど、トンネルで行くと30分ですよ。」
'If you take the bridge it takes 40 minutes, but if you go through the tunnel it is 30 minutes.'
「このトンネルを通過したところは景色がすごいですよ。」
'Once you pass through this tunnel the view is magnificent!'
