In the UK, we tend to say cot.
She prefers to sleep in her cot.
The word cradle can also be used.
I hope that helps!
I put her to sleep in the crib.
She prefers to sleep in her cot.

There is an old English nursery rhyme that refers to a 'cradle.'
'Rock a by Baby
On the Tree Top,
When the Wind blows
The Cradle will rock
When the Bough breaks
The Cradle will fall,
Down tumbles Baby,
Cradle and all.'
However, the usual word for a baby's bed with slatted sides is 'cot.'
A 'crib' these days in the UK is usually a basket type bed for a very young baby.
'cradle.'
'Rock a by Baby
On the Tree Top,
When the Wind blows
The Cradle will rock
When the Bough breaks
The Cradle will fall,
Down tumbles Baby,
Cradle and all.'

There are a few expressions that you can use for this kind of item:
"crib"
This is a bed that is set in a place and can't move. It usually has bars on the sides so the baby doesn't fall off the bed.
"cradle"
This kind of bed is very similar to a crib. There are bars on the sides, too. However, many times, cradles have special legs that can be used to rock the baby back and forth so they can fall asleep.
A baby bassinet is a small cradle designed for babies from birth to about four months. It is particularly made to make babies feel more cozy and safe. There are also baby cribs and cradles which are basically cots. These are baby beds with four barred sides made to ensure that babies will not fall out.
Cot - a small bed with high barred sides for a baby or very young child. Recently I had to book a hotel room & I have a small child with me so I had to arrange a cot for the room. "Is it possible to arrange a cot for a 2 year old please?"
Playpen - a small portable enclosure in which a baby or small child can play safely. These days a lot of "cots" also convert into playpens, not for sleeping it is just somewhere to place a child while you can get on with housework etc knowing that they're safe. "This cot turns into a playpen when they get older so it's well worth buying!"
Moses basket - not really seen these days, but a lot of parents used to have a Moses basket so that the child could sleep while out & about. Made from wicker, and comes from biblical history. "We found a lovely Moses basket in that shop!"
"Is it possible to arrange a cot for a 2 year old please?"
"This cot turns into a playpen when they get older so it's well worth buying!"
Moses basket -
"We found a lovely Moses basket in that shop!"
