明々白々って英語でなんて言うの？

二通りの言い方ができるかと思います。
-It's (so) obvious that 主語＋述語
-Obviously, 主語＋述語

obvious は「明白な」と言う意味の形容詞です。
obviously　はその副詞です。

上記の例文では分かりやすいように、主語＋述語　のところを、"he has a crush on her"としました。
「彼は彼女に好意を寄せている、彼女のことが好きだ」と言う意味です。

「明々白々」は、いろいろな表現ができますが、

as clear as day
quite obvious
strikingly apparent

などがあります。

例文：
It's as clear as day that these two love one another a lot.
この二人がお互いをとても愛し合っているのは明々白々です。

It is quite obvious that she didn't do it herself.
彼女がそれを自身でやらなかったことは明々白々です。

It is strikingly apparent that we live in a consumer conscious society.
私たちが消費者を意識した社会に住んでいることは明々白々です。
