仕込って英語でなんて言うの？

「寝る前に料理の仕込をします」というのは Before I go to bed, I prepare food for the next day で言えます。 「翌日の料理が楽になるし時間も短縮できるので毎日の習慣です」は Because the cooking for the next day becomes easy, and I can reduce the amount of time needed to do it, this is a daily routine for me で表現できます。 参考になれば幸いです。

1.) preparation (仕込)　今回の「仕込」は英語でpreparationsと訳せます。Preparationsは「準備」という意味もあります。 例えば、 Before I go to bed I do food preparations for tomorrow. (寝る前に明日の料理の仕込をします)
