「悪逆非道」とは、人の道から外れたものすごく邪悪な行いのことを言いますよね。
「極悪非道」とも言うと思いますが、これらは heinous や inhuman を使って言えると思います。
heinous には「極悪な」という意味のほか、「極めて邪悪で」という意味もあります。
inhuman は「冷酷な・非人間的な」という意味です。
It's hard to believe that people can commit such heinous crimes in our world.
「私たちの世界にあんな極悪な犯罪を起こせる人がいるなんて信じ難い。」
