それなら英語でも cutoff と言いますよ。
The cutoff for the monthly billing period on my credit card is the 10th of every month.
「クレジットカードの月額請求の締め日は毎月10日です。」
同じカットオフですが、高速道路の出口のことも言えます。
We have to get off the highway at the next cutoff.
「次の高速の出口で降りないといけないよ。」
