「婿養子」は日本語のように短く言えると便利なのですが、 a son-in-law who is taken into the wife's family のように説明するしかないですね。ちなみに son-in-law は娘の夫ということで、義理の息子という意味です。これだけだと、養子になっている意味は含まれていません。
