今年は例年になく、暖冬なんだよねー早く雪が降らないかなという気持ちを

一般的な暖冬ならmild winterとかwarm winterですが、もし異常レベルなら”abnormally warm winter”とも言えます。

まず、「Mild」の発音は”マイルド”です。タバコのブランドと同じです。
天候などが穏やかという意味です。味に対しても使えます。
「今年は例年になく、暖冬」を英語で言うなら =「① It's a mild winter this year」.
「この冬はいつもより暖冬」と言うなら ＝ 「② This winter is milder than usual.」.
ご質問の、”今年は例年になく、暖冬なんだよねー早く雪が降らないかな”と言いたいなら：

IE milder than usual or warmer than usual . With weather we also use the word seasonal and unseasonable .
If we combine these words with weather then we would say :
1- It's warmer than usual today
2- It's hotter than normally it is at this time of year
3- It was an unusually hot winter this year
4- Wow it is unseasonably warm today
5- It was so unseasonable this winter
6- It was milder than normally it is in the spring time
7- I never complain when it is seasonally warmer in the winter
