条項って英語でなんて言うの？

1. clause

A particular and separate article, stipulation, or proviso in a treaty, bill, or contract
箇条書きにしたものの、一つ一つの項目

例文: put a new clause in the agreement
合意に新しい条項を加える

2. a contract clause > 契約条項

例文: We demand that this clause be inserted in the contract
約定書の中にぜひこの一項を入れてもらいたい

stipulation＝「条項」

There is no such stipulation in the contract.
「契約書の中にそのような条項はありません」

null and void＝「（法的に）無効」
The contractual stipulation is null and void.
「その契約条項は無効です」
