歯がゆいって英語でなんて言うの？

「歯がゆい」は自分の思っている通りに行かなくて、イライラしたりもどかしく感じることですね。なので to get frustrated や annoying を使って表現します。

例：
I was trying to help my friend, but it didn't go so well and I got kind of frustrated.
「友達を手助けしようとしたけどうまくいかず歯がゆかった。」
I got kind of frustrated で「歯がゆかった・歯がゆい思いをした」という意味。

The car in front of me was driving so slow, but I couldn't pass him because there were too many cars coming from the other direction. It was so annoying.
「前の車がものすごく遅くて、でも反対車線からたくさん車が来ていて抜かせなかった。すごく歯がゆかった。」
It was so annoying.「歯がゆかった」を使っても表現できます。

例えば、
I wanted to help my friend but I couldn't help my friend well so I had an irritated feeling. (友達の手助けをしたいけどうまくできず歯がゆい思いをした)
