水中って英語でなんて言うの？

「水中」は underwater と言います。

例：
I can open my eyes underwater now.
「水中で目を開けられるようになった。」

I can hold my breath underwater for two minutes.
「水中で２分間息を止められる。」

使い方によっては in(to) the water を使っても言えます。
例：
I jumped into the water and found out how cold it was.
「水中に飛び込んだらものすごく（水が）冷たかった。」
