関係者という英語は場合によりますね。仕事の場面でそのチームや客先名で表現します。例えばget acquainted with the accounting group(経理部)やABC company (ABC会社)と言います。

中途入社の社員が早く業務に馴染めるよう、
新卒の新入社員、中途の新入社員のどちらも英語でnew hireで表現できますね。
