「地域のお酒」ということで、そのまま local sake と言います。
sake の発音はカタカナにすると「サァキー」のようになりますが、日本に住んでいる外国人や日本語が分かる外国人の方は「サケ」と言う人が多いです。また sake は英語にも同じスペルの単語があり、「セイク」と発音します。アルファベットの e の音は消えてしまうので、それを避けるために「e をちゃんと発音するだよ！」という記号を付けた é を使う人もいます。
同じことが「ポケモン」にも言えるのですが、昔はほぼ必ず Pokémon と表記されていたと思います。é としていなければ発音が「ポークモン」になるからです。
しかしこの表記は最近は見なくなりました。もしかしたら世界的に認知度が高くなり、わざわざ発音が分かるようにする必要がなくなったからかもしれないですね（予想）。

お酒は米から作らるアルコールなので、酒＝Rice wineとも言います。
Sakeでも十分に通じますが、Rice wineも覚えておきましょう。
Local ＝地元の、はたくさん使えます。
Local と聞くと「田舎」という感じがすると思う方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、そんな事はありません。どこに住んでいても、近所や自分の住んでいる街の話をする時は「Local ○○」と言って表現します。言い方によっては「近所の」というように訳されることもあります。
Local vegetables =地元の野菜
Local Cafe =地元のカフェ
Local people =地元の人

'THE' means something which is familiar or local to the speaker. The location of the comment is important, but wherever you are, you can say, 'the local sake' to mean that which is produced in the present location. 'My local sake' would refer to the home area of the speaker.

There are two names we can use to describe the noun :
Sake is the original name of the beverage.
Rice wine is the name we can also give for Sake because it describes the type of alcoholic beverage and also what it is made from.
Local means existing in or belonging to the area where you live, or to the area that you are talking about.

Sake = is a traditional sweet, low-alcoholic Japanese drink made from fermented rice.
Traditional alcohol = An alcohol that has been used for a long time, accepted as the norm.
You can refer to sake as traditional alcohol because it the the customary alcohol used in Japan.
