Unagi (うなぎ) is the Japanese word for freshwater eel, especially the Japanese eel, Anguilla japonica (nihon unagi 日本鰻). Unagi is a common ingredient in Japanese cooking, often as kabayaki. If a restaurant is famous then you could also say its `well known' (known by alot of people) `very popular' ( a alot of people eat there) ` well established'- popular and does well as a restaurant So you could say "would you like to go to the Unagi restaurant tonight"
