「国歌を歌うこと」に特別な名前があるのは、日本の面白いところかも知れませんが、アメリカなどもしょっちゅう国歌は歌っています。国歌を歌うときには、「ladies and gentlemen please stand for the national anthem」と呼びかけがあるのでみんな立ちます。私はアメリカ国民ではないので歌わないこともありますが、敬意を表明するために必ず立つことにしています。
残念ながら「国歌斉唱」のように国家を歌う事を一言で表す単語はないですね。とりあえず「国家」の訳が"national anthem"だという事を覚えておけばよいでしょう。一風変わった日本国国家特有の一風変わった表現という事でしょうか。
なお、式典・祭事などで国歌斉唱が行われる場合、その呼びかけはシンプルに
"The national anthem!"
とだけ言うことが多いです。よく考えてみればよほど特別な式典でない限り、わざわざ説明せずとも「国家」とさえ言われれば国家斉唱のことだと分かりますよね。
ちなみに余談ですがアメリカ合衆国国家"The Star Spangled Banner"は何と４番まであります。聞くことは多々あっても、以外と最後まで歌う機会は多くありません。
In English there is not one particular word for singing the national anthem.
