けれども、日本語みたいな「肩車」や「おんぶ」の決まっているフレーズは不存在です。
その代わりに, このように言えば自然です。
「お父さんが娘に肩車している」なら：
The father is giving his daughter a ride on his shoulders.
The father is carrying his daughter on his shoulders.
The father is giving his daughter a shoulder ride.
「肩車してくれますか？」なら：
Can you carry me on your shoulders?
Can you give me a ride on your shoulders?

最も伝わりやすいのが「ride on someone's shoulders」や「 carry someone on your shoulders」と、肩＝shouldersと直接表現する事でしょう。
