「black bear」は「アメリカクロクマ」もしくは「ツキノワグマ」を意味します。
「polar bear」は「シロクマ, ホッキョクグマ」です。
「capture」は「（人が）（人・動物）を（力ずくで）捕らえる」という意味で、「catch」よりも堅い語です。
