選別って英語でなんて言うの？

「選別」は英語で
sort out
または
select
といいます。

Fruits and the vegetables are selected/sorted by color and by shape and shipped.
「果物や野菜は形や色が綺麗なものが選別されて出荷されています。 」

野菜やその他、選別するために使われる選別機は
sorting machine
と言います。
