知っている限りでは英語圏で「リトミック」が少ないので、music and movement classesで説明できます。
She is learning rhythm, structure, and musical expression through movementと言ったら、分かりやすくなると思います。

とすると、「私の姪はリトミックに通い始めました。彼女は動きを通じて音楽と触れ合うのがとても楽しいようです！」となります。
