「云々」と言う日本語は少し訳しづらいですが、形を変えれば可能です。
まず、前後に何が来るか、または、会話内容によって使える単語が変わります。
「This and that」を提案しました。これは「云々」に近いです。
直訳すると「ああ言ったり、こう言ったり」になります。
例文：
- He was saying this and that, how he didn't have enough money to go on the trip, but it was just excuses. He just doesn't want to come with us（彼は一緒に旅行に行くお金が無い云々と言っていたけど、ただの言い訳だよ。彼は単に僕たちと旅行したくないだけだよ）。
「And such」も可能です。
- He was saying he didn't have money and so on, but we know he doesn't really want to come with us（彼はお金がない云々言ってたけど、彼は一緒に旅行に行きたくないというのは知ってるよ）
