「活力」は、
"the source of one's strength"
"vigor/vigour"
という表現を使うことも出来ます。
アメリカでは"vigor"、イギリスでは"vigour"と綴りが変わりますが意味は同じです。
"My family is the source of my strength."
「私の家族が私の活力です。」
I'm losing vigor in life.
「私は今生きる活力を失っている。」
ご参考になれば幸いです。
活力は「energy」や「vitality」となります。こういった場合の「energy」は元気や気力という意味になり「vitality」の方はそのまま活力や活気という意味になります。
最後のは別の例えとして「support」で支えや頼りになるものと表現してます。
