I have such a young face.
で、「私はそのような（＝あなたがおっしゃるような）、若い顔をしているんです」
という感じです。
もちろんこれは理解の為の直訳ですので、実際はきちんと「童顔であること」が
伝わりますし、当然ですがネイティブも用いる表現です。
ポイントは such で、such を使うと、相手の発言を
受け止めた言い方が出来ます。
例えば・・・
教師：When I don't teach, I check medical documents written in English.
「レッスンの無い時は、医療系の書類チェックをしているの」
皆さん：Do you have【such】a job too?「そんな仕事もしているのですか?」
・・・今回も、「若く見えるね」という教師の発言に対して
「そのような顔をしている」と返せます。

ちなみに、「よく言われます」というのを、
例えばディズニー映画では、
I often get that.
と表現することがあります。
私達日本人の発想でいくと、I am always told so. などと
言いそうですね。もちろん、これはこれできちんと
伝わる表現ですが、英語では get や give といった基本動詞が
良く用いられ、I often get that. のような言い方もできます。
