「空振り三振」は swinging strikeout と言えます。
「見逃し三振」は、
strikeout looking や called strikeout と言えると思います。
例）
A swinging strikeout is recorded as a "K." A strikeout looking, or a called strikeout, is recorded as a backward "K."
空振り三振のときは「K」、見逃し三振のときは「逆さまのK」を記します。

The dropped third strike is a peculiar rule.1 Three strikes and you are out seems a fundamental element of baseball, yet there is this odd exception. If the catcher fails to catch the ball on a third strike, and first base is open, or there are two outs, then the batter becomes a runner.
#peculiar=different to what is normal or expected.
#fundamental= of central importance
In baseball, if a pitcher strikes out a batter or if a batter strikes out, the batter fails to hit three balls thrown properly by the pitcher, and is out.
"He struck out ten batters, and allowed only two runs."
野球で。ピッチャーが正当に投げたボールをバッターが３回打つことができなかったら、a pitcher strikes out a batter.または a batter strikes out.と言います。
"He struck out ten batters, and allowed only two run."
（彼は１０人の投手を三振させ、２人の走者しか出さなかった。）
When a batter misses three balls coming their way, it is called "striking out". A single miss is called a "strike" and three is to strike out.
For example, you can say:
-The best player surprised me when he struck out five minutes in the game.
打者がストライクを3つ取られた場合、striking outと言います。一球打ち損なったらstrikeで、三球でstrike outになります。
例：
-The best player surprised me when he struck out five minutes in the game.
最高の選手が試合で5分で三振して、驚いた。

「彼は三振した」
でも、これは「空振り三振」も「見逃し三振」もどちらも含まれます。
「空振り三振」だということを明示したければ、
swings and misses 3 times
「3回振って打ち損ねる」
のように説明を付ければ良いと思います。
例）
He swung and missed 3 times.
「彼は3回振って空振りした」
