Billionaireは10億の位を表すBillion
Millionaireは100万の位を表すMillione
から派生した大金持ちという言葉です。
ちなみに2015年現在ビルゲイツの所有資産は凡そ8兆円です。1兆の位を表すのはTrillionですので、ビルゲイツはTrillionaire (あくまでも日本円でですが)と表しても良いですね笑

尚、Rolling in moneyとお金持ってるという言葉を表すのですが、これを時々以下のように言うことがあります。

This means she has a lot of money. As in her pockets are full of a lot of cash.

It depends slightly on the context. if the person is just a young and wealthy person, you may call them 'rich kid.' If theyb are more mature and seem to have p[-lenty of money you could just describe them as being well-funded. Another casual tern would be 'rich guy' or 'rich girl.'
