Millionaireは100万の位を表すMillione
から派生した大金持ちという言葉です。
ちなみに2015年現在ビルゲイツの所有資産は凡そ8兆円です。1兆の位を表すのはTrillionですので、ビルゲイツはTrillionaire (あくまでも日本円でですが)と表しても良いですね笑

尚、Rolling in moneyとお金持ってるという言葉を表すのですが、これを時々以下のように言うことがあります。

Well-off
She is quite well-off
Loaded - Informal
She's loaded!
This means she has a lot of money. As in her pockets are full of a lot of cash.
Stinking rich! - Informal
We've won the lottery! We are stinking rich!

It depends slightly on the context. if the person is just a young and wealthy person, you may call them 'rich kid.' If theyb are more mature and seem to have p[-lenty of money you could just describe them as being well-funded. Another casual tern would be 'rich guy' or 'rich girl.'
Filthy rich to have an abundance of money and wealth. It means being more than just rich.
For example:
"Your grandfather has a gigantic mansion, a mercedes-benz, and a pool. He sure is filthy rich".

Rich is used for someone who has plenty of money.
Millionaire is used for someone who has so much money it numbers over 1 million.
A person that has one million pounds is called a millionaire.
A person that has one billion pounds is called a billionaire.
You can also get multi millionaires and multi billionaires.
