「① Butt-naked」はくだけて「素っ裸」の意味です。カジュアルに使えます。
例文：
I opened the door and there the two were, butt-naked.（ドアを開いたらそこに二人がいた、素っ裸で）。
何故「Butt-naked」というかと言うと、お尻も露出している状態だからです。
単に、「全裸」と言いたいなら、「② Nude」でいいと思いますが、「① Butt-naked」の方が面白いと思います。

I was so embarrassed when my boss saw me in my birthday suit at the sento/public bath.
生まれた瞬間の衣装…バースデースーツです（笑）
ユーモアのある言い方ですが、古くから良く使われているためちゃんと辞書にも載っています。
アメリカのみかもしれませんが、bare-nakedもよく聞く表現です。
bareも裸の、という意味で、barefoot（裸足）、bare skin（素肌)、bare bulb（裸電球）などなど。。。
また、Barenaked Ladiesというバンドがいたのを思い出して回答してみました。

She doesn't wear anything now.という言い方もできますが、この場合
She is naked now.と言えばすぐわかりますね。
