1) You cannot buy that ticket from this ticket machine = そのチケットはこの券売機では購入できません

You cannot buy =　（あなたは）購入できません
that ticket = そのチケット
from this ticket machine = この券売機で

2) This ticket machine is only for limited express tickets, please use the machine over there for local train tickets = この券売機は、特急券のみ使用できます。普通列車の切符の場合ではむこうの券売機をつかってください

This ticket machine = この券売機は
is only for limited express tickets = 特急券のみ使用できます
please use the machine over there = こうの券売機をつかってください
for local train tickets = 普通列車の切符の場合では
