届出って英語でなんて言うの？

1.) report (届出)　「届出」は英語でreportと訳せます。
例えば、
I moved but I have to report many things so it is tough. (引っ越しをしましたが、色々と届出が必要で大変です)

Notification　というのは「届出」という意味でも使われています。

たとえば、

Please, send notification about the result of the discussion to your boss.
ディスカッションの結果に関する届出を上司に送信してください。
