「腹部」は stomach, belly, abdomen などと言えます。
よく使うのが stomach, abdomen は固い言い方になります。
もし「脇腹」をぶつけたなら side と言えます。
「机の角でお腹をぶつけてあざになった。」

「あざになった」は it left a bruise や I bruised ... などを使って言えます。
