「最古参」は
one with the most seniority
person who has worked at the company the longest
と言えます。
seniority は「年長」という意味だけでなく「年功（序列）・古参」という意味があります。
例）
He has the most seniority in our company.
「彼は会社で最古参だ。」
He has worked at our company the longer than anybody else.
「彼は会社の誰よりも長く働いている。」
