「The whole class through」とは、クラスの全期間中を意味します。 この場合の「through」とは、最初から最後までを意味します。

「Whole」は「全体」と同じ意味なので、「all」と言うこともできます
したがって、「all through the class」はまったく同じことを意味します。
「During the class」には異なるニュアンスがあります。 ステートメントはあまり具体的ではないため、クラス全体、またはクラス中の任意の時点を意味する場合があります。
よりカジュアルにするために、「the」という単語は省略できます。
