(説明の)時間を調整するって英語でなんて言うの？
大学の事務室に、入学希望の学生が来た場合、「今から私達の学校について説明しますが、この後何か予定はありますか？ここ(office)を出発する時間が決まっていれば、説明の時間をその時間に合わせて調整しますよ。」という流れで使いたいです。
