フォニックス読み　と　アルファベット読みって英語でなんて言うの？

the name of the letter
アルファベット文字の名前（アルファベット読み）

the sound of the letter
アルファベット文字の音（フォニックス読み）

英語ではこの呼び方が普通です。"phonics"「フォニックス」とはあまり使われていません。
nameとsound で分けた方がいいと思います。

This letter: A. The name is: A. The sound is: ah, ah, ah.
この文字：A。名前は：エイ（アルファベット読み）。音は：あ、あ、あ（フォニックス読み）。

Please make the sound of each letter in the alphabet.
アルファベットの各文字の音をしてください。（フォニックス読みを読んでください）

「フォニックス読み」は sounding out Phonics（フォニックスで発音する）
「アルファベット読み」は reading the letters (in a word)（単語の文字を読む）
のように表現できるかと思います。

例：
Read the letters of the alphabet using Phonics.
フォニックスを使ってアルファベットの文字を読んで。」
