「インターネットに接続できる」って英語でなんて言うの？

「インターネットに接続できる」と言うときには、
①be able to use the Internet
か 
②be able to access to the internet 
のどちらが自然な英語ですか？

シチュエーションによりますが「インターネットに接続できる」は英語で I'm able to / I can connect to the internetになると思います。「接続」は英語で connection と言います。

The internet is working や I can use the internetも言えます。

be able to access the internet ならokです。
