その時の返答を上記のように英語でナチュラルに言いたいです。

「動く」は「move」といいます。
「動きやすい」になると、「easy to move」になります。
「〜（し）やすい」は英語で「easy to 〜」です。

It's easier to move when the weather is warmer. 
天気が暖かい方が動きやすい。

It's easier to move during the warmer seasons. 
暖かい季節の方が動きやすい。

「着る物」は「clothes」です。

You don't have to wear so many clothes. 
着る物も少なくて済む。

I like spring and summer, because it's easier to move in the warmer seasons and you don't have to wear so many clothes. 
暖かい季節の方が動きやすいし、着る服も少なくて済むから、春や夏が好きです。
