今度友人の個展があります^^
作品のみ撮影する方がたまにいるのですが、それだけやめてもらいたい時
どうやって掲示するといいですか？

作品の正面撮影じゃなくて、人と一緒に写ってるとOKだよ～
SNSに載せるものOKだよ～と言いたいのですが、
色々調べてもわかりません。

「作品のみの撮影はご遠慮ください」は英訳すれば、「Please refrain from taking photos of the work only.」になります。
もし、作品と人と一緒に写ってるとOKでしら、「Photos of the work is permitted if people are in the photo too.」と言えます。
最後に「 SNSに載せるものOKだよ」は英語で「It's fine to upload picture on SNS as long as the above rule is followed.」になります。この英文の最後の部分にて「as long as the above rule is followed」は「上記のルールを守れば」という意味です。つまり、作品と人の撮影ならＳＮＳに載せることできます。
